This project is currently developed with streets and underground infrastructure available to the industrial portions of the project, including; 26,250 SF of retail space to be constructed, a new Bank of Choice (opened in 2005), a 40,000 SF self-storage facility, an 8,000 SF daycare facility (opened in 2006), and numerous warehouse, industrial, and commercial lots, as well as pad sites from 1/2 acre to 12 acres.
