Fred L. Croci is currently an associate broker with the Company now that he spends much of his time developing properties for long term clients. Mr. Croci received his B.S. degree from Iowa State University in 1969. Since 1970, Mr. Croci has been involved in the development, construction, leasing, management, sale or consultation of real estate projects valued in excess of $500 million. His extensive experiences during 44 years in the industry include commercial real estate development, brokerage and construction, including self-storage facilities, multi-family apartment dwellings, shopping centers, motels, casinos, businesses, office buildings, office/warehouses, mixed use projects, single family homes, and residential and commercial land developments up to 328 acres in size. He is now licensed only in the state of Colorado.
B.J. has called Northern Colorado home for more than 48 years. The son of a home builder (father) and real estate broker (mother licensed in 1952), B.J. came into real estate naturally. A Colorado State University graduate and former CSU Ram football starter. B.J. spent 3 years trying out for the NFL, finishing his career with the Denver Broncos in 1974. Working with developers and home builders, B.J. has been involved in seventeen (17) developments in the Northern Colorado area, most current; Steeplechase, Highpointe Estates and Country Meadows / Farms. Through experience, B.J. understands that rejection is often part of the real estate development process..

Larry E. Hawe serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale and leasing of office and industrial property and the sale of land in Northern Colorado. In addition, he also participates in industrial and raw land development. With 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Larry has secured approximately 150 transactions valuing in excess of $50 million.
Alan has been in the real estate business for over twenty years, with much of his focus in residential construction. During his college years Alan started a company called Strope Construction. Working on any type of small project that would come his way, from demolition of concrete to building small additions. At the time, that made ends meet for our family and inspired us to move onto the next stepping stone. When Alan graduated from CSU he went on to work ISEC, a specialties contractor in commercial construction. As “rookie of the year” for a Fortune 500 company he worked on many projects such as a major remodels, additions, and new buildings of the three High Schools in Fort Collins as well as new buildings in Idaho and Utah. He eventually found his interests were in Residential construction and light commercial. After working several years for a residential contractor in Fort Collins, it was time to begin Savant Homes, Inc. Alan is currently the President of Savant Homes, Inc. and uses his real estate background to primarily find building sites for his clients. He has built over 1,500 units during his time and been involved in an equal amount of real estate transactions. He is local, knowledgeable, and has a passion for helping others get across the finish line on their dream project(s).
